Why am I getting an error when clicking the verification link?

If you see this error message after you clicked on the verification link, it is typically caused by one of these two reasons:

  • Already verified: You may have already successfully verified your account. Try logging in directly.

  • The link expired: Verification links are valid for 5 days. You need to submit a support ticket if the link has expired.
