I didn't get the verification email. What should I do?

If you don't see the email in your inbox within 10 minutes, please try the following:

  • Check your Spam/Junk folder: Sometimes these emails are filtered incorrectly.

  • Search your inbox: Look for an email with the subject 'Verify your BioCommons Access email address

Please submit a support ticket if you are unable to find it.
